Achievements so far
We first began testing the OvenuŽ concept in 1994 when we set up our pilot operation. This business was (and still is) so successful that we decided to launch the concept across the UK by franchising and we launched OvenuŽ Franchising Ltd. in early 1999.
In early 2002 we engaged a firm of professional franchising consultants affiliated to the British Franchise Association to review our operation and help us plan and implement the expansion of our franchise network throughout the UK and now overseas. They confirmed our belief that franchising was the best way forward and that the Ovenu franchise represents an excellent business opportunity. Becoming a full member of the British Franchise Association was our next achievement, and one we are very proud of. We believe that Ovenu is now established as the clear market leader working with over 100 franchisees and represents the best value franchise package in our marketplace.
The OvenuŽ Service
A full OvenuŽ valet will usually return a clients oven to showroom condition, and includes a wide range of domestic cooking appliances, such as ovens, cooktops, rangehoods and microwave cookers.
Our customers are from all walks of life, including:
Busy executives and professional people whose time is at a premium
Affluent people whose 'domestic help' cannot achieve our good-as-new standards
Low-income families whose old appliances we restore (it's much cheaper than buying a new one!)
Anyone that cannot clean the oven for any reason (e.g.people with disabilities)
Anyone that's selling or renting out their house
The millions who simply hate cleaning the oven
We have worked hard to make Ovenu the market leader in Oven detailing and pride ourselves on our professionalism and the exceptional level of customer care we deliver. All of our franchisees and their operatives are trained in the UK to the same high standards, including the use of our unique oven detailing systems, methods equipment and caustic soda -free products. We all wear the distinctive OvenuŽ 'uniform' and drive wrapped vans, promoting the image of a truly customer focussed organization that's good to do business with and represent outstanding value.
The majority of our customers book us for regular detailing schedules over the year and are delighted to recommend us to their friends and family.
